How we check

A work address Your address at the casino's own domain — a free mailbox proves nothing about who you work for. @ichancy.com
Closed casino, or lost the domain? Do not use this form — use our contact us form.
You click the link we send there Only somebody who can read mail at your domain can do that. This is the actual proof — the form on its own is just typing.
A human approves it Domain control shows you work there; it does not show you speak for the operator. Handing a real business's page to the wrong person is not something we can undo, so somebody reads every claim.

What claiming does not do

It cannot change your Trust Score, remove a complaint, delete a review or alter a verdict. There is no code path from a claim to any of those and there never will be — that is what makes the offer free rather than a purchase.

You can reply to anything said about you, in public, beside it. That is a better answer than deletion anyway: a casino that answers its complaints reads very differently from one that has none.
