Terms & Conditions
Last updated 7 September 2026
These are the rules for using rixer.com. They are short on purpose. Using the site means you accept them.
1. Who you are dealing with
Rixer is operated by Richard Milton, trading as Rixer, as a sole trader. Reach us at [email protected].
2. What Rixer is — and what it is not
Rixer is an independent review and information platform about online casinos.
Rixer is not a casino. We do not offer gambling, accept bets, hold funds, run games or process payments. You cannot deposit money here and there is nothing here to win. If you gamble, you do it on somebody else's site under their terms.
3. You must be 18 or older
You may not use this site if you are under 18, or under the legal gambling age where you live if that age is higher. Gambling involves risk and money that is lost is usually lost for good. If it stops being fun, stop, and look up the help service in your country.
4. Information, not advice
Everything here is information and opinion. None of it is legal, financial or gambling advice, and nothing on this site is a promise that any casino will treat you well, pay you, or remain open.
Gambling law differs by country and changes. Whether you may legally use a particular casino is your responsibility to establish, not ours.
5. What our facts are worth
Every factual claim on Rixer carries a label saying how well established it is — verified, inferred, reported but unverified, or unknown. Read the label. An unlabelled-looking fact is not a stronger fact; a licence number read off a casino's own footer is a claim that casino makes, not one we have checked against the regulator's register.
Information goes out of date. A casino can change owner, licence or behaviour the day after we look. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it — that is faster and works better than a complaint about it.
6. Your account
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
- Do not impersonate anyone, and do not pick a username designed to look like a casino, a regulator or a member of Rixer's staff.
- We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. You may delete yours at any time by asking us.
7. Reviews, complaints and anything else you post
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us permission to publish, store, translate and show it on Rixer, and to quote it elsewhere when we are describing the case.
What you post must be:
- true, and your own first-hand experience;
- free of anyone else's personal details — names, account numbers, screenshots of another player's data;
- free of anything unlawful, threatening or hateful.
Paid, incentivised and fake reviews are the thing this entire site exists to be an alternative to. Posting one — for a casino, against a competitor, or for a bonus — gets it deleted and your account closed. We moderate, and we may decline to publish anything without owing you an explanation.
8. What the complaints service can and cannot do
If you open a complaint we will put it to the casino and publish the case and its outcome. That is real leverage and it often works.
It is not arbitration and we are not a regulator. We cannot compel any casino to pay you, and we do not guarantee an outcome. We are not a party to whatever dispute you have with them, and using this service does not make us responsible for their conduct or for your losses. Your right to go to the casino's own regulator, or to court, is unaffected — and for a large sum it is usually the stronger route.
The casino sees the substance of your case so it can answer. It is never given your name, your email address or anything else identifying you.
9. How we make money, and what it does not buy
Rixer may earn a commission when someone follows a link to a casino. Where a link is commercial we say so on the page it appears on.
Commercial status has no effect on any score or verdict. It is not an input to the Trust Score, it cannot change a ranking, and no casino can pay to be rated higher, to have a complaint buried, or to be left out of the graveyard. If you ever find evidence otherwise, that is a story worth telling and we would rather hear it from you first.
10. Links to other sites
Links leave Rixer and land on sites we do not run. Their terms, their privacy practices and their behaviour are theirs. We check that a link points at the casino it claims to, and that is the extent of what we can promise about it.
11. Whose content is whose
Our text, scores, methodology and design belong to us. Quote us with a link; do not copy the site wholesale or scrape it to rebuild it elsewhere.
Casino names, operator names, regulator emblems and third-party marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify what we are writing about. That is not a claim of endorsement, affiliation or partnership in either direction.
12. What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that everything on it is complete and current.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for money you lose gambling, for what any casino does or fails to do, or for a decision you take on the strength of something you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death, personal injury or fraud — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this page says.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top moves when we do, and continuing to use the site means the new version applies. If a change matters to people with accounts, we will make it visible rather than silent.
