Curaçao is the most common licence in online gambling. Under the LOK reform that began in 2023 the Gaming Control Board licenses operators directly, replacing the old system where four master licence holders (Antillephone, Curaçao eGaming and others) resold sublicences with almost no oversight. Licences can now be checked against a register and a complaints channel exists, but adjudication is limited and enforcement is rarely made public. Older casinos may still display a master-licence number from the previous regime.
