Until at least 5 March 2024 the casino's own terms page carried the line "Boomerang.bet and related rights belong to Casbit Group N.V. incorporated in Curaçao, Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), by the digital reg. number 157923", with Retrust OU named as its EU-EEA representative. The archived page is below, dated by the Internet Archive.

The live terms today name a different company: Global Growth LLC. Rixer read that page on 7 September 2026 and captured it, also below. So the operator changed at some point after March 2024 — the archive holds no capture of the terms page between then and now, so we cannot narrow it further than that.

Why it matters: Casbit Group N.V. is the operator behind lala.bet, which is dark, and the same Curaçao registration number 157923 appears in the footers of lala.bet, boomerang.bet and jungliwin.com. A player reading a review written before the handover would be reading about a different company from the one holding their money today.
